Statement from the Premier of Victoria: Easing Restrictions (VIC)

Under the Third Step, and from 11:59pm on Tuesday 27 October 2020, Melbourne will move from “stay home” to “stay safe”, with no more restrictions on the reasons to leave home. Pubs and restaurants can reopen.  From 8 November 2020, and if case numbers continue to fall, the 25km limit will cease.

Consultation extended on draft gaming machine harm minimisation laws (NSW)

Consultation on the NSW Government’s proposed gaming machine harm minimisation laws has been extended to 11 December 2020 to allow more time for submissions. Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello said there has been significant interest in the reforms from the community, industry & NGOs.
