The Australian National University (ANU), examined more than 3,200 Australians' views about the Government's COVID-19 policies. Of the four policies examined, funding for a vaccine or treatment received the most support. This was followed by opening up pubs, clubs and cafes.

From next Monday, pubs and clubs will be able to host up to 50 seated patrons, with no requirement to purchase a meal with your drink, however you’ll need to give your contact details and table service restrictions will still apply. 

Restrictions imposed during COVID-19 will be further eased next month with strict social distancing rules.

The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation is inviting applications for funding under their Gambling Research Program (Round 11).  The program supports areas of study that inform the understanding of, response to, and advice to government on, gambling within the Victorian community.

More than 75 licensed venues across South Australia have been able to expand their footprint, under moves aimed at helping the hospitality sector make the most of easing restrictions on the size of public gatherings.

From today, more Queenslanders can be in pubs, restaurants, surf clubs and RSLs, cafes, gyms, campgrounds and hotels thanks to the approval of COVID Safe Industry Plans.
